Foundation Update #1

At the Nalie Foundation, we are dedicated to upholding Nalie's legacy by providing hope, healing, and support to young women facing breast cancer. 

Throughout the year, The Nalie Foundation will engage in fundraising efforts and dedicate funds to charities in honour of Nalie. 

Here are some recent updates for our supporters:

Donor Contribution

A generous donor contributed $20,000 in honor of Nalie to the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, benefiting mothers-to-be, children, and their families.

Support for Migrant Woman

The Nalie Foundation is extending support to a migrant woman undergoing chemotherapy by assisting with her PEMF treatment.

World Cancer Day Initiative

Katleen De Asis and her daughter will participate in a 10km run on Saturday April 20 , 2024  at Parc Jean Drapeau for World Cancer Day to raise awareness and raise funds for cancer research, treatments, and prevention.

Born To Rise 7th Annual Show

The Inspirational Award at the Born To Rise 7th Annual Show, named after Nalie Agustin, will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Ecole Secondaire Monseigneur-Richard 75 Rue Rhéaume, Montréal, QC H4G, Canada

Cedars Dragon Boat Race

Team Nalie will join the Cedars Dragon Boat Race on Saturday, September 7th, 2024, at the Promenade Père-Marquette in Lachine. This event supports Cedars CanSupport, offering free psychological, emotional, practical, and financial aid to cancer patients and their families at the Cedars Cancer Center.

Half Marathon in Honor of Nalie

On September 22nd, Albert and Justin Agustin will participate in a Half Marathon in tribute to their sister Nalie and to further support the initiatives of the Nalie Foundation.
